Our Programs

Education, food security, senior wellness, and environmental care โ€” the four pillars of our community work.

Program one

Education & Youth Support

We believe every child in our community deserves the tools to learn well. Our education program includes an annual back-to-school supply drive, small-group tutoring in reading and math, and mentoring for high school juniors and seniors preparing for college or trade school.

  • Backpacks, notebooks, calculators, and warm clothing for 400+ students each fall.
  • Weekly tutoring at two partner community centers.
  • Scholarship guidance and application support for graduating seniors.
Program two

Food Security

Food is dignity. Our pantry and meal-pack programs are designed to be quiet, respectful, and easy to access โ€” no long forms, no judgment. We source fresh produce from regional farms whenever possible and always try to include something the kids will actually enjoy.

  • Weekly fresh-food pantry open to any household in need.
  • Weekend backpack meals for children at partner schools.
  • Thanksgiving and December holiday grocery boxes.

Senior Wellness Circle

Many of our neighbors over 65 live alone. Our wellness circle exists to make sure they are seen, heard, and cared for. Volunteer nurses lead free monthly clinics for blood pressure checks, medication reviews, and general questions.

  • Free monthly health screening clinics.
  • Volunteer transportation to medical and dental appointments.
  • Weekly companionship phone calls and home visits.
Program four

Environmental Stewardship

A healthy community needs a healthy environment. Our stewardship program organizes seasonal tree plantings, park clean-ups, and small home-garden support so families can grow their own vegetables.

  • Two annual community tree-planting days.
  • Quarterly local park and creek clean-ups.
  • Free starter kits for backyard vegetable gardens each spring.
